I’ve caught flack for my love of all things spooky for quite some time now.  It’s about time I just own up to it,  I live for a good scary movie.  Sometimes I’ll have an old horror film playing in the background while I cook, and it’s not until someone else is around that I realize it may sound like people are being gutted in my living room. (Ew, but really.)  I get a total rush from that WTF plot twist, the suspense you can feel in the air when the music takes an ominous turn, that part when someone finally start believing the mum who swears there is a ghost & she’s not off her rocker.  October is my jam for a whole host of reasons, but  the time set aside to cuddle down & tune into a scary movie is definitely a chart topper.  Without further ado, Here’s a list of my favorites.  I’ve seen almost  all of these, and the remainder have come highly recommended.   So, turn those lights off, light a candle or two and tune into one of these gems.
