As soon as summer hits in Pittsburgh, a pitstop at Round Corner Cantina is in order. Sunday’s are a day that I like to leave unplanned. On this particularly sunny afternoon, My man and I set off down the main drag in Lawrenceville to explore, more importantly, to eat. We blazed through the blocks of butler street growing hungrier with each whiff of something delicious. But we held out, knowing exactly where we were destined to dine. With an entry as welcoming as theirs, it’s no question why Cantina just feels like the home.
We posted up at the bar, grabbed a local brew & got to the good stuff— the guac. Just get it. It’s perfect. The Queso and the Cali Burrito, also, never disappoint. We savored each course & made sure to linger a little while longer, taking in all of the gorgeous details of the room.
We left so satisfied, ready for the trek back home– Already plotting out our next summer Sunday outing.
