Right off of the May River, This spot caught out eye on the way into Hilton Head from Savannah. As soon as we arrived on the island, we heard buzz about “The Farm.” Some friends of ours set a date for dinner there later on in the week. Their menu is Inspired by the seasonal bounty of local produce and cultural traditions from around the world. Think hyper-local. When I spoke with the chef, he told me that his young sons had picked the beets in our salad just that morning. Very cool. The menu changes with the seasons: but We tried the Pimento Cheese spread, a Massive local pork chop, and most importantly the Burrata and Toast: Sourdough, sea salt, balsamic, rosemary oil. It was Exceptional. They had an excellent local beer list as well, which my man and I were also excited about.
