It’s that wonderful time of year again, where baking & feasting reign supreme. I kicked off my cooking spree with these Fluffy pumpkin cookies. They are so easy & incredibly satisfying. These treats are topped with my go-to easy icing, which is really just a 3:1 ratio of powdered sugar and your preferred coffee creamer. This week I was testing out Coffee Mate’s Caramel Almond Milk Creamer, so this batch was rich & buttery with those subtle caramel undertones. The recipe could have ended there but the wannabe-southern-belle in me had to top these off with crumbled praline bits for a little extra crunch. Let me know if you give this recipe a go!
